I have become very used to the town we live in. It has all the facilities of the city without the crowds. We live in a new housing estate with new houses, and manicured gardens. I sometimes forget that it's not the city. But every now and then I get a reminder that this is indeed a country town. I mean, that is the high school oval in the background of the first pic!
These were taken literally a stone's throw from our house, on the way home from school, on DS5's "short cut".
Ah, the serenity :)
